       Environmental Resource Group Inc. started as an idea between two friends determined to reduce the amount of waste that was being sent to landfills. The vision was to streamline operations and reduce costs, by processing materials under one roof, creating a closed-loop recycling program for industrial and automotive manufacturing companies. With these goals in mind, ERG was
created.

      Though established in 1996, our footprint in the recycling industry goes back much further. Our knowledge and expertise spans more than 40 years, specializing in alloys and precious metals used in manufacturing. During this time span, we recognized a large amount of material determined as without value, incorrectly handled and sent to landfills. Not only were manufacturers disregarding product value, but our land was being destroyed. An idea was sparked. We turned to key users in plastics, fibers, and metals; both ferrous and non-ferrous metal users, located in North America. We became experts in processing these materials and created long-term partnerships along the way.
Together with these partnerships, ERG has continued to adapt and advance its programs as the recycling industry continues to evolve and work towards a greener future.

     Today, Environmental Resource Group continues to work with manufacturing and warehousing companies throughout North America. ERG is not open to the public. This allows us the ability to develop individualized programs that focus on the specific needs of our customers. Thirty years ago, most plastics were not thought to be economically recyclable, today they are. Our mission is simple,
strive to convert all manufacture waste to a ZERO Landfill Program.
